J. Mascis’ new album (Several Shades of Why) is currently my anthem—if it is possible for an entire album to serve as someone’s personal anthem that is (and maybe if I say it can, it can… so let it be said…; ) ) <3. I’m SUPER excited to see him at the Echo…here’s hoping that all other super excited fans who will be attending this show are anti-moshing (defined as music fans who are not prone to moshing)—I don’t want another Dinosaur Jr.-at-the-Troubadour repeat, in which J. was forced to cut the show short due to unruly fans… Who moshes to Dinosaur Jr. anyway?
